Structural Diagnosis and Assessment
Our Core Philosophy: Scrupulous Maintenance
We view every civil engineering structure as a vital investment that demands constant and scrupulous attention. Our philosophy is rooted in ensuring that structures built today—and those built decades ago—continue to perform their intended functions over an extended period.
Our approach integrates:
- Early Detection: Identifying minor deterioration before it escalates into major, costly structural failure.
- Specialist Knowledge: Applying advanced engineering judgement specific to repair and strengthening methodologies.
- Long-Term Value: Maximizing the service life of assets, delivering superior value compared to simple patch-and-repair methods.
Commitment to Advancement
The field of structural maintenance is still relatively new and constantly evolving. To maintain our specialist position, CASES actively monitors and integrates global advancements:
“In most countries over the world, extensive research is in progress to enable early detection of deterioration, better understanding of Causes of deterioration and to develop better methods for repairing and strengthening structures.”
We use this commitment to research to bring our clients the most effective, economical, and durable repair methods available, ensuring our engineering solutions are always at the cutting edge.
Our Speciality

Civil And Structural Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (CASES) doesn’t just offer maintenance; we offer a level of specialized execution that few firms can match. Our speciality lies in integrating high-level engineering judgement with advanced, purpose-built equipment to handle the most demanding and hazardous structural projects.
Remote-Controlled Demolition and Debricking
Our flagship specialization is the use of Brokk Remote-Controlled Demolition Machines. These units are essential for environments where safety is paramount and access is severely limited, such as industrial processing vessels, kilns, and nuclear environments.
The Brokk Advantage
- Safety: Operators control the machine remotely, removing personnel from dangerous high-heat, confined, or unstable areas.
- Precision and Power: Despite their small size, these machines deliver a remarkable hitting force, allowing us to perform medium to heavy construction demolition and debricking with accuracy.
- Accessibility: The units are small and agile enough to fit through standard doorways (Brokk 180) and work in tight spaces, offering demolition solutions where conventional excavators cannot operate.
- Versatility: Excellent capacity for all-around demolition applications, making them ideal for both construction sites and highly specialized tasks in the cement and process industries.
Brekk 90

The Brokk 90 is one of the most versatile tools on the market for demolition in confined spaces.
- Small footprint for access into narrow, weak structures
- High input power and long reach for major commercial and industrial applications
- Lightweight, compact design for easy transport on truck or trailer
- Great manoeuvrability
- Powerful, versatile tool capacity for maximum efficiency in confined spaces Never before has it been possible to tread so lightly and yet have such an impact. When it comes to working in confined spaces, the Brokk 90 is in a class of its own.
Strong Hydraulic Arm System
- Arm rotatable through a full 245 degrees
- Box weld design maximizes strength
- Powerful hydraulic cylinders permit highload capacity
- Some hydraulic hoses routed inside boomfor protection
- Large expanding pins minimize play andsimplify maintenance
Flap Down Outriggers
- Front and rear outriggers create a widerfootprint for exceptional stability
- Outriggers fold up for easy access throughnarrow spaces
Brokk 180

Hard-hittingflexibility
THIS COMPACT, ALL-AROUND MACHINE has remarkable hitting power and stability, making it suitable for all types of construction demolition and a wide variety of uses in the cement, process and nuclear industries. Small size and great strength combine to make the Brokk 180 the ultimate demolition tool. Despite its low weight, it can accommodate a breaker with the hitting power of 406 joules.
The Brokk 180 is designed to go practically anywhere. The track-widening kit reduces the track width to just 780 mm(31inches), allowing access through most doorways. Once inside, you can use the outriggers to quickly create a stable footprint. With an optional telescopic arm, adjustable track width and low-profile power, the versatility of the Brokk 180 puts it in a class by itself.
APPLICATIONS
Medium to heavy construction demolition and debricking of kilns, ladles, furnaces and other vessels in the cement and processing industries.
Brekk 260

The perfectall-round machine
YEAR AFTER YEAR this is one of our most wanted demolition machine models, built to cope with the ever-increasing.demands of the demolition industry. Since its original development in the mid 1970’s, the Brokk 260 has an unmatched track record as the ideal all-around demolition machine. A powerful combination of reliable technology and continuous improvement from the basis of its worldwide reputation.
The Brokk 260 has exceptional capacity and remarkable hitting power. It can outperform much heavier conventional excavators yet is still agile and small enough to work in tight spaces. The only limits for this machine are those set by the imagination.
APPLICATIONS
Designed as an all-around demolition machine for construction applications and the cement or process industries.
