Structural Crack Repair

Crack repair is carried out with the objective of restoring homogeneity of the parent concrete. This method uses a positive displacement pump to pressure inject epoxy resin into crack.

Prepacked Pressure Grouting

This Method is normally used for recasting large sections of structural members which is are damaged or deteriorated. Gravels are packed into the section to be repaired and a binder (usually non-shrink cementitious grout) is injected for integration of the concrete matrix.

Steel Plate Bonding

This method is used for strengthening of concrete members with insufficient reinforcement. Steel plate is bonded to the soffit and/or sides of the structural member with epoxy resin to bond the steel plate with the concrete surface.

Sprayed Concrete

Guniting (shotcreting) employs compressed air to ‘shoot’ concrete mix into a backup surface. Due to the high velocity, layers of gunite are deposited on the surface and each layer is compacted by the impact of the subsequent layers. This will results in a high density and low permeability concrete.

Fire Coating

Fire coating employs compressed air to ‘shoot’ concrete mix into a backup surface. Due to the high velocity, layers of gunite are deposited on the surface particularly to steel surface. Firecoat limits to 1, 2 and 4 hours fire rated comes with bomba certificate.

Waterproofing

We offer contract services in waterproofing works to the reinforced concrete roof slab, swimming pool, basement, storage tank, etc.

Structural Testing

Our services include semi and non-destructive testing namely rebound hammer, ultrasound pulse velocity, Windsor probe, core compressive strength, covermeter, half-cell potential measurement, load test, pull out test, concrete resistivity measurement, vibration monitoring, settlement monitoring, crack monitoring, strain monitoring, structural diagnosis and survey, etc.
