Prepacked Pressure Grouting

Crack repair is carried out with the objective of restoring homogeneity of the parent concrete. This method uses a positive displacement pump to pressure inject epoxy resin into crack.

This method is used for strengthening of concrete members with insufficient reinforcement. Steel plate is bonded to the soffit and/or sides of the structural member with epoxy resin to bond the steel plate with the concrete surface.

Guniting (shotcreting) employs compressed air to ‘shoot’ concrete mix into a backup surface. Due to the high velocity, layers of gunite are deposited on the surface and each layer is compacted by the impact of the subsequent layers. This will results in a high density and low permeability concrete.
